What is 'dying consciously'?
The first part of living/dying consciously is to become the observer of your thoughts, emotions, physical feelings, and actions. This comes from a clear place beyond the mind which simply registers without judgement.
Then we can work on your response to these things, for example, is your judgement of your pain contributing to your suffering?
Once you become aware of these things then we can work on processing and releasing old patterns of behaviour. Then, from this new space you can act in alignment with your highest truth. You will be identified with your essence (what I call 'source energy') which remains unchanging throughout the dying process.
This will prepare you for finally leaving your body behind from a place of peace, compassion and love, able to let go of that which is no longer needed and to flow effortlessly into that which lies beyond.
