Conscious Dying Therapy

Has your life been shattered by a terminal prognosis?  Come with me on a journey back to your essence, which never dies.  Learn how to be completely present through the toughest time of your life and expand through the pain into the light of your being!
Leaf

Such powerful feelings can be invoked after receiving a diagnosis of a terminal illness or simply realising that you are in the final stages of your life.  Anger, depression and confusion can affect you and your relationships with loved ones.  You may be grieving for yourself – concerned over losing physical and mental abilities that you hold dear. Or you may be concerned about what will happen to your loved ones after you're gone.
During the dying process, our ego personality falls away leaving only our essence.  In other words, we go 'back to the source' of who we are.  In this way we can say that there are many parallels between dying and enlightenment.
Many people feel that they would like to go through this process and to die consciously.  It is said that your death will reflect your life and so it may be important for you to approach those final stages of your life in a conscious and compassionate way.  And, of course, it is never too late to work on this.
Death and life are interrelated.  When we master one, we master the other.  If we can let go to all those things that the ego clings to – any sense of identity with particular aspects of our personality, then suddenly, in a sense, we are dying in every moment as we let go of who we were and embrace the unknown.  This opens us up to a richer, more fulfilling way of living.  So it is with actual death.  If we have mastered this non-clinging to who we were or might be, and embrace uncertainty as part of us then there is an unhindered flow from one state of being to the next, which embraces the limitless potential of the moment.
