Change Coaching
Change can be a frightening thing. Perhaps it's been forced upon you through illness, injury or outer circumstances such as losing a job or partner. Or, perhaps you feel that change is necessary for your happiness, but there's a barrier which is stopping you from instigating that change.
There's no doubt about it. Our lives are full of change, whether we want it or not. From changes in our personal lives, to changes in the wider world that directly affect us, such as economic upheaval or changes in our climate. So, how can we navigate these changes as smoothly as possible?
I've developed two models for approaching change depending on what situation you're in. Here they are:
REDI
Have you been struck by a big change in your life that has left you feeling shaken to your core? Have you lost some of your identity? Then this model is for you.
Realise - many people are in denial emotionally about change in their lives. So we'll take a moment to talk about the change that has happened and what that means for you.
Emotional Expression - How does this change make you feel? It's important to honour any emotions that you may be experiencing.
Deeper Truth - We will reclaim the part of yourself that has been lost, so that you feel whole again.
Implementation - We will devise a way for you to express the reclaimed aspect of yourself and carry out any actions that need to be taken as a result.

Ascertain - What needs to change? What are you unsatisfied with? How might your life be better if it changes?
Contractions - What fears and emotions are you experiencing that are preventing you from instigating change?
Truth - Realising the truth beyond fear. Enlightenment of your identity.
I am - What do you feel to express? What natural way of being wants to come forth in order to change?
Objective - In light of these realisations, what goal might you have?
Next Step - What is the next step you're going to take in order to reach this goal?
Ascertain - What needs to change? What are you unsatisfied with? How might your life be better if it changes?
Contractions - What fears and emotions are you experiencing that are preventing you from instigating change?
